REPORTING TO:         Operations Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

ANNUAL PROCESSES

• Manage department annual budget process.
• Manage Supply Chain Processes and Systems.
• Optimise production and supply chain resources and processes to best service customer needs while ensuring the business is cost efficient.
• Control fixed; variable costs related to supply chain operations in line with Business strategy.
• Control inbound and outbound logistics functions through relevant staff.
• Negotiate with transporters regarding costs and service level agreements.
• Monitor production planning and customer services functions to ensure customer needs are met.
• Manage stock and stock holding on and off site.
• Develop, implement, and deliver the business plan cascaded from the overall Corruseal strategy

REPORTING

• Management of site Supply team with dotted lines to functions performed centrally by group Supply chain.
• Compilation and review of compliance / variances to plan of weekly financial KPIs with command and control leads
• Completion of and on-time submission of monthly supply chain department reports.
• Reporting of weekly analysis of key drivers
• Paper usage balancing & Supply chain reporting

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• 3-year BCom Degree or Similar
• 5 + Years’ experience of which at least 2 3-year BCom Degree or Similar
• Manufacturing and Supply chain experience essential
